3-Session Coaching Package

The 3-session coaching package is for leaders who would like to invest in coaching at a reduced cost and are not ready to or interested in using assessments.  Our sessions will consist of:

• Careful identification of problem areas and coaching goals

• Development of a collaborative and detailed plan for meeting coaching goals

• Sessions can be paced in a way to support accountability and troubleshooting of goals along the way

• Additional sessions and other add-ons can be purchased along the way as needed.
